Terms of Service

Effective October 23, 2026 · Good Days Systems LLC d/b/a My Voice Assistant, Nashville, Tennessee

Please read carefully. These Terms include limits on our liability and a binding individual arbitration agreement with a class-action and jury-trial waiver (Section 13).

1. Who you are dealing with

My Voice Assistant is a service of Good Days Systems LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("we," "us"). These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Good Days Systems LLC. By checking the box on the sign-up form, paying for a plan, or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. No personal liability

Your agreement is with Good Days Systems LLC only. Its members and managers (including David Schmutz and Kelly Williamson), employees, contractors and affiliated companies (including Smarter Scapes LLC) are not parties to it and are not personally liable for any obligation of the service. Every disclaimer, limit and waiver in these Terms also protects them, and they may enforce these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, the account holder or authorized user of the phone number you connect, and able to form a binding contract.

4. The service

My Voice Assistant gives you an assistant phone line that answers calls you forward to it, takes messages, screens sales calls, may text callers a confirmation, and sends you summaries and recaps. Features and plans are as described at sign-up and may change over time.

5. Not an emergency service

The service is not a 911, medical, alarm or safety service and must never be relied on for one. The assistant can miss or misunderstand an emergency. Anyone with an emergency should call 911 directly.

6. AI disclosure and no guarantees

The assistant runs on artificial intelligence and third-party phone and software providers. It can mishear, give an incomplete or wrong answer, fail to answer, drop a call or be unavailable. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. You are responsible for reviewing your messages and returning calls.

7. Your voice and your callers

If you choose a cloned voice, you confirm the voice is your own and you consent to us creating and using a voice model of it only to run your assistant. You are responsible for any notice or consent the law in your area requires for calls to be answered, recorded or transcribed by an automated assistant. Calls handled by the assistant are recorded and transcribed.

8. Call forwarding and your carrier

Forwarding is set on your phone through your carrier. Carrier charges, settings and features (for example, voicemail or Live Voicemail) are between you and your carrier. Turning forwarding off stops calls from reaching the assistant.

9. Billing

Plans renew automatically each month and are billed in advance to your payment method until you cancel. Any introductory or referral credit applies only as stated when you got it. Prices exclude taxes. We may change prices with 30 days' notice. If a payment fails and is not paid within 7 days, we may pause the assistant until it is.

10. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time by texting or emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month and you will not be billed again. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires. Please contact us before disputing a charge so we can fix it.

11. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything illegal, harassing, deceptive or abusive, to impersonate anyone, or to collect payment card numbers, health records or other regulated data.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for missed calls, missed messages or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

13. Disputes

Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Davidson County, Tennessee, or in small-claims court if it qualifies. You and we waive any right to a jury trial or to take part in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

14. Governing law and changes

Tennessee law governs these Terms. We may update them; if a change matters, we will tell you by text or email before it takes effect, and continued use means you accept it.
